in the past few decades, wrinkles rejuvenation surgery has undergone dramatic changes. Initially by grinding and chemical stripping technique, and then to laser resurfacing rhytidectomy . 1. Photodamage classification
(1) A group of skin damage:

A single patient may exist in either group or B group - also has two types of lesions or disease. Suffering from severe skin aging and (or) light aging patients may have two lesions.
2. Photorejuvenation principle:
IPL is by filtering and multi-spectra, emission spectrum can range from 550-1200nm. A variety of wavelengths, limited by the low cut-off filter wavelength output.

3. Indications IPL
photon Rejuvenation cure including light damage, photoaging, including a variety of skin disorders.
Ⅰ class Photorejuvenation:
① vascular lesions: telangiectasia, rosacea (erythema period) poikiloderma, and laser resurfacing after surgery or other skin erythema;
② pigmented lesions: freckles , coffee spot , melasma , pigmentation spots and obvious appearance of the proliferation of flat seborrheic keratosis (senile warts).
Ⅱ class Photorejuvenation: structural changes involved in collagen diseases such as optical damage, photo aging and skin wrinkles caused by loose, elastic fiber degeneration, large pores, as a result of acne, caused by chickenpox or smallpox scars and other shallow depressions.
4. Photorejuvenation contraindications
① recently received sun exposure and sun exposure will have to accept people;
② photosensitivity photosensitivity of skin and are used by drug groups;

⑥ has a history of keloids;
⑦ patients with suspected skin cancer;
